Nexus Keeper is a strategic card-collection game where players step into the role of the Nexus Explorer, tasked by the Court of the Seven Kings to restore the elemental balance before existence itself unravels. Every creature captured, every Nexus Card played, every Ether Crystal unsealed is a step toward rebuilding a richly layered world where time cannot survive without time, and the void needs the light to survive.
Built on a deep lore-driven ecosystem, interconnected elemental mechanics, and a gacha system woven seamlessly into the narrative fabric, Nexus Keeper doesn't just ask players to collect. it asks them to save a world.
THE RESONANCES
In Nexus Keeper, there are no usual elemental types like plant, water, or fire. In this universe, monsters have resonances with more ethereal elements that play a crucial role in maintaining the balance of this world. These resonances are interdependent and are as follows:

o maximize the budget and mitigate technical risks, development is divided into three sequential phases that prioritize classic player retention before introducing blockchain friction:
Months 1-6 (F2P Phase & Web2 Retention):
Core Loop development on PC. Implementation of Tamagotchi management (Hunger, Cleanliness, Fun), Soft economy, and the Fiat store (Crystals and Nexus Pass). Launches Open Beta at month 6 to validate retention KPIs and begin invoicing.
We analyze user behavior, competitors, and industry trends. This helps us validate assumptions and uncover opportunities that shape a stronger, more relevant solution.
We clarify the mission, scope, and success metrics. This step creates alignment and sets a strategic foundation for everything that follows.
Months 7-10 (Ronin Integration & Web3 Economy):
Smart Contracts deployment. Activation of the "Comfort" system as a time-gate, NFT Minting enablement, Fusion mechanic, and connection with Ronin Wallet. Execution of the Token Generation Event (TGE) and opening of the P2P market.
From branding to interface components, we create cohesive design systems that ensure consistency, scalability, and a strong visual identity.
We test ideas quickly through prototypes and iterations. Feedback guides improvements before moving into full development.
Months 11-16 (Combat Expansion and Consolidation):
Development of the Arena (PvE/PvP) and Leaderboards. These systems act as the definitive end-game sinks to stabilize the economy and justify the value of Legendary monsters.
Features are developed in focused cycles, allowing continuous improvements and flexibility as priorities evolve.
We rigorously test performance, usability, and stability to ensure a polished and dependable product.
